Modern comforts, such as swimming pools, enhance the rustic farmhouse immersed in the nature of the Umbrian hills, the authentic green heart of Italy.
Our guests are always amazed by the size of the apartments (as large as 95 m2), with independent entrances. We envisioned a charming and relaxing place where even large families can find peace, quiet and calm, where everyone can enjoy his or her own space. An agritourism whose spaces offer the maximum privacy and discretion, just like a real second home, where synergies can be found that are hard to come by in everyday life, where time seems to move at a different pace.

The agritourism and its surroundings
Here we follow the rhythm of the seasons, being completely immersed in nature. A spacious park, perfect for both meditating and playing with the family, surrounds our agritourism, with soft green grass framed by pine, oak and olive trees. The location is also strategic for visiting Lake Trasimeno (you even have a magnificent view of the lake from the apartments on the topmost floors), Perugia (only 25 minutes by car), Pienza, Siena, Arezzo, Città della Pieve or Assisi.
